Thinking about getting a lip ring like Tom Delonge style. What you guys think?

Personally, i think a lip ring would get uncomfortable, and I stereotype lip rings with stupid people.. No offense.. When I see someone at my school with a lip piercing, it reminds me of this kid I knew. his parents wouldn't let him get a lip piercing, so he did it anyways with a safety pin, and it got infected. his face looked TERRIBLE

Yeah, I take no offence it to it Jspace. I've confronted my mom, my sister, and a couple of my close friends about it and they've had similar thoughts also.
It's definitley something I'm debating about a lot. And my sister offered to take me to a Hot Topic, or Claire's store and I'm going to try a fake one out for a week or so and see how it feels.

Of all the piercings, LIP piercings have a huge amount of stereotypes. Gay,goth,emo, etc. (Along with your tongue) Get something pierced that you dont put food into. I just did my own eyebrow, didn't get infected at all and it turned out very well. I also did both of my own ears.

I don't since about the 6th grade I've always thought about getting 1. In my opinion I don't mind, its smething I really want to do.

personally, I wouldn't get any. I'd worry about them catching on something, or something like that. I'll just stick with a nice watch for the max of my jewelry.

Ok, wow. I've been gone a while and changed a lot. I want to get a lip ring, an eyebrow ring, and to put a little turquoise in a side of my bangs.

Well I've only pierced my ear since this. I intend to maybe get the other ear pierced too, but no more than that.

haha, well a piercing you can take out, a tattoo is different. so if you want a piercing, I'd say go for it. if you need a job, you can take it out for it. most places will hire you, but will make you take out anything like that
