EXACTLY JSPACE! I wanted to go around and take pictures of the madness, but EVERY time I've had a camera on me the police think I'm up to something, holy shit you can't be a photographer these days.

either way, take out a camera the night before halloween and watch how much cops will pull over next to you and interrogate you.
