Guys,

I'm looking for Macromedia Flash (any version old or new). An old friend gave me a copy years ago, but he never found the serial number.

I might start the wheels turning for a new video game site, so I wanted to learn some more flash stuff, etc.

I'm not good at finding cracked software, but I remember you guys are!

Hey Mush,

I never did this before, but my friend told me about it once. Isn't it just a way to download a file from multiple sources or something?

Maybe give me a quick rundown before I start experimenting with downloading it.

Right. So BitTorrent is indeed P2P (Peer to Peer).
Anyways, to use BitTorrent you need a BitTorrent client. I use uTorrent ( http://www.utorrent.com/download.php ).
So once you have your client installed you can go to various places to get .torrent files. I most predominately use http://thepiratebay.org/ . There you can search for torrents and download the files.

A few things you need to know about torrents:
People who are uploading files are seeders. People who are downloading the files are leechers. The more seeders the faster the download. So when you finish your download make sure to give back to the community. In uTorrent there is a column that will show you your share ratio. That's how much you've uploaded over how much you've downloaded, please try to seed until you have at least a 1.0 ratio.

Anyways, so you've got the torrent you want to download, now what? You download the .torrent file and open it with your BitTorrent client. This connects you to the swarm (seeders and leechers), you now choose where you want the files to download to and then you wait for your download to finish. Sometimes downloads can take hours, sometimes they take days, so be patient. Once your download is finished it should automatically start to upload. As I said before, please give back to the community by giving at the very least, the amount that you took.

With this particular download you might have some problems getting the software to work, you might need some additional programs and such, just hit me up and I'll be happy to help.

I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE DON'T SEED!
it took me a week to get FEAR cuz there were 200 leechers and 1 seeder

Too much work. I remember Drake trying to get me into this torrent thing but I didn't understand what seeder or leecher meant until now. I didn't think I had any files to share so I deleted the torrent client. I was looking for free anime, lol.

It's hardly any work, it automatically shares what you've downloaded unless you delete it from the client.
