Unbricking flash0

I tried changing my PSP theme with a GOW theme pack and replaced the VSH and TEXT folders with the one's from the theme pack and it bricked. And unlike in the past when I bricked it went in to revocery mode and I was able to unbrick, but how do i unbrick flash?
